Halloween! Last minute costume HELP!?

I am gonna be Nicole Richie for halloween. What should I wear. Also I can go to Walgreens, and this store that sells wigs..lol. Plz help. oh im in 7th grade so something i can get away with wearing to school....ROTFL! HELP
